There’s no one-size-fits-all pricing structure for tile work and other remodels. To get things started, we provide a free on-site evaluation. The initial evaluation may not include all the details for final pricing, but we should be able to give a breakdown of the major expenses. Our goal is to produce the most effective renovation upgrade within your space while staying within your budget. Where do I start. For a year we tried to get work done. The workers either didn't show up for the estimate or didn't show up once job started. We found TD Renovations through a referral. They showed up and accessed our job. Of course they are so good we had to wait quite some time before they could start.
Thank goodness I did. They are some team. Always on time. Work nonstop while they are here. Clean up every day before they leave. They treat your house as if it was there's. They protect your floors, furniture, etc. As for there work; they are very meticulous, plus they have a great design ideas. They have finished our bathroom already. I am so impressed and love it. We are now having the kitchen and laundry room worked on.
We felt completely safe leaving them alone in our home. If you need experience, reliable, trustworthy, great design suggestions, they are worth the wait.....

Tom and Denise Rizzo are a dynamic duo! Their meticulous attention to detail results in a finished product that is well designed and functional. Tom and Denise renovated 2 bathrooms. While I had to wait for them to get to my projects, it was worth it. The bathrooms look great. In addition, I know that they are structurally sound as Tom goes thoroughly through all components and ensures work is detailed and complete. They contributed good ideas, but always respected my final choices. It was good to work with Tom and Denise. I would recommend their services.

Tom & Denise are a great team & we highly recommend to anyone looking to do a remodeling job. We had several meetings throwing out ideas for design & materials , we had to make changes due to materials that we decided on, being discontinued & Tom & Denise worked with us as team making great choices. We have lived here for 40 years & they certainly had there work cut out for them , completely gutting the kitchen. They kept us informed every step of the way. They are very organized & clean up as they go, NEVER leave a mess at the end of the day . We are very happy with the way our kitchen turned out & now they are currently remodeling our bathrooms. Base Cost for Renovations
If you know the square footage of your project, then you’ll have an idea of the starting cost price range of the prices listed below. From tile flooring to bathroom updates, every job is different. Circumstances like tear out, site preparation and complexity/grade of materials affect the estimate. On our first visit, we can discuss the overall price range.
Starting Prices for Labor (Not Including Materials):
Flooring Installation: Starting at $2.00 per square foot.
Custom Floor/Wall Tile Work: Starting at $3.00 per square foot. (Additional charges for surface preparation, custom patterns, and other factors.)
Painting: Call us, and we can usually quote over the phone. (Surface preparation, interior-vs-exterior walls, and other variables affect cost.)
Our Service Area
Based in Rutherfordton County, we’re an insured member of the Rutherford County Home Builders Association. Most of our daily work happens in Forest City, Spindale, and nearby towns. For the right job, we’ll make the trek down to Spartanburg, or up near Asheville. Since we focus on one project at a time, the estimate for larger, long-distance projects may include out-of-town lodging.
